New York City has several rental assistance programs that help tenants afford housing. We regularly work with:

- HASA — HIV/AIDS Services Administration housing assistance
- SOTA — Special One-Time Assistance

Program rules and eligibility change over time and depend on your circumstances — the administering city and state agencies are the authority on the specifics.
