Mobile Messaging Terms (10DLC / A2P SMS Compliance)
SMS Consent and Third-Party Sharing Disclosure (TCR Required Language)
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Mena Realty Homes, Corp. Messages may include property alerts, listing updates, appointment reminders, application status updates, transactional notifications, and customer-care responses related to your real estate inquiry.
How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Mena Realty Homes, Corp. by:
- Submitting your mobile phone number through one of our website forms (Renter Information Form, Professional Contact Form, Real Estate Inquiry Form, or Rental Application) and checking the SMS consent box; or
- Texting the keyword JOIN to our registered business number; or
- Verbally providing consent to a Mena Realty Homes, Corp. representative, who will document the consent on file.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, signing a lease, or using any service offered by Mena Realty Homes, Corp.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month under typical use. Frequency may be higher during active transactions (e.g., during a rental application or closing).

Supported Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. To opt back in, text START or JOIN to our registered number, or resubmit a website form with the consent box checked.
