The Mena realty team has excellent and thorough workers. Always urgent with replies and constantly have incoming apartments for rent. I will always recommend for Bronx rentals.

An Excellent Experience with MENA Realty Homes — From Application to Move-In

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with MENA Realty Homes because they truly made the process of finding and placing tenants a smooth and positive experience.

As a property owner, finding responsible tenants—especially tenants using Section 8 and NYC CityFHEPS vouchers—can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are several steps involved, including applications, documentation, inspections, approvals, and coordinating the move-in process. MENA Realty Homes was there throughout the process and helped make everything much easier to navigate.

From the initial application process, communication, property inspections, paperwork, voucher-related requirements, and ultimately getting the tenants moved into the property, the process was handled professionally and with persistence. Their assistance helped me successfully secure two wonderful tenants—one through Section 8 and another through NYC CityFHEPS.

Most importantly, I have been extremely blessed with the tenants who moved into my property. They have been clean, responsible, respectful, peaceful, and considerate. They take pride in the home and have been wonderful to work with. Honestly, I consider them God-sent, and I am grateful that the process ultimately connected me with such good people.

I also appreciate the work MENA Realty Homes put in behind the scenes. Getting a tenant is one thing, but helping navigate the process from application to inspection to approval and finally move-in requires communication, patience, and follow-through.

As a property owner, I value having a company that understands the voucher process and is willing to help both the landlord and the prospective tenant get through the necessary steps.

Thank you, MENA Realty Homes, for your assistance throughout this entire process. Your work helped me not only fill my property with tenants, but also connect me with people who have been a genuine blessing.

I would gladly recommend MENA Realty Homes to other property owners who are looking for assistance with the Section 8 or CityFHEPS rental process. My experience has been very positive, and I truly appreciate everything your team did from beginning to end.

Five stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish they gave me great service, I waited for an apartment for a long time and that didn’t workout but Rosemary and her team told me to be patient, they gave me a call back asking if I was interested in a one bedroom still I said yes after a month I moved in as of today. They helped me so much i appreciate them very much for not giving up on me and looking for an apartment great realty company Mena Realty.
